Return Policy:
Return Period: Customers have the right to return an item within 14 days of receiving their order without providing any reason.
Return Conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Damaged or used products are not eligible for return.
Procedure: Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via shop@lumatronics.nl to initiate the return process. You will then receive instructions for the return shipment.
Return Costs: The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was delivered incorrectly or is defective.
Refund Policy:
Refunds: Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will refund the full purchase amount (including standard shipping costs) within 14 days via the original payment method.
Exceptions: Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a manufacturing defect.
